6A Non-isolated SMT DOSA 2 POL ConvertersLa serie iCF è una delle seconde generazioni di convertitori DC-DC di TDK-Lambda DOSA-2 compatibile Point of Load a montaggio superficiale. Il circuito di regolazione completamente ottimizzato del prodotto fornisce eccellenti caratteristiche di risposta transitoria, senza la necessità di componenti del circuito esterno. Il prodotto misura 12.2 x 12.2mm ed eroga 6A sia da ingressi nominali 3.3V / 5V che 12V con efficienza a pieno carico del 94%.
