NEXTYS was acquired by TDK-Lambda Germany GmbH in 2019. Since than, Nextys SA has been integrated into the structures and processes of TDK-Lambda EMEA.

Together with its mother company, TDK-Lambda Germany GmbH, Nextys SA constitutes the global DIN-Rail division of TDK-Lambda, being responsible of developing, manufacturing and marketing DIN-Rail power supplies and related products worldwide.

As a final step of the post merger integration process, the company has been renamed from Nextys SA to TDK-Lambda Switzerland SA, starting April 1, 2024.
From then on TDK-Lambda Switzerland SA distributes its power supplies and related products under the product brand NEXTYS.
