Temporary Finished Goods Packer
Location : Ilfracombe
TDK-Lambda UK Limited, based in Ilfracombe, is the market leader in the design and manufacture of Electronic Power Supplies and forms part of the TDK Group.
A temporary vacancy has arisen within the Finished Goods/Dispatch Department for a Finished Goods Packer/Dispatcher. This position will be for a period of up to 3 months.
The main functions are:
· Packing and dispatch of product
· Data input
· Loading shipments onto and off of vehicles
· Ensuring all documentation is correct.
· Vetting drivers for compliance, ensuring our aviation security is maintained.
Applicants must be physically fit due to the nature of the job, be prepared to undergo relevant training and be computer literate.
Aviation security clearance will be required so applicants will be subject to a five year security check, be required to apply for a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and be required to complete relevant Aviation training.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.30 am – 4.30 pm and Friday 7.30 – 12 Noon.
Due to the current workload flexibility for overtime will be available.
Hourly rate of pay: £10.37.
