Logistics Operator (m/f/d)

who will be responsible for all procedures related to packaging, storing and transporting of our goods and finished products.

In your new role you will be asked for the following:
• you receive, unpack, distribute and allocate incoming goods
• you prepare orders, pack as per rules and organize and book pick up
• you communicate with freight forwarders to RFQs and to coordinate shipments
• you confirm receipt and prepare shipping documents into ERP system
• you organize priorities and delivery schedule in collaboration with the sales department
• you ensure order and cleanliness in the warehouse
• you carry out RMA documental tracking by using our company ERP system
• you collaborate closely with the administration and engineering team members to optimize the flow of goods and to minimize lead times

Your profile 
• you successfully completed training as a logistics technician EFZ (specializing in the warehousing)
• you have a drivers license and a SUVA drivers license for forklift drivers
• you have good knowledge (spoken and written) in both Italian and English, German would be a plus
• you are familiar with MS-Office as well as with an ERP System
• your way of working is careful and efficient
