Administrative Team Leader (m/f/d)

who will be able to lead and handle a variety of administrative functions related to different areas.

In your new role you will be asked for the following:
• you supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
• you define targets and monitor processes
• you provide strategic reporting on forecast and business KPI
• you lead and coordinate a team of four people by coaching, motivating and developing the team members
• you support the HR department in Germany by acting as contact person for the concerns of the employees on site and by rolling out HR projects and HR processes
• you organize the work and tasks through Kanban Board
• you assist the site manager in ordinary maintenance of the site
• you understand and become a support specialist for ERP System Infor LN
• you develop and expand relationships with stakeholders

Your profile 
• you have a degree in business administration or business economy or similar
• you already have management experience and sound, practical work experience in a similar field
• you are familiar with MS-Office as well as with an ERP System
• you posses strong social skills, prudence, authenticity and both empathic and analytical skills
• you can be absolutely relied upon and you like people as much as numbers
• you are fluent (spoken and written) in both English and Italian. German would be a plus
