- Responsibility for the product portfolio from a technical and economic point of view
- Specification, support and future-oriented development of the product portfolio from concept through development to product marketing in close cooperation with global sales organisations and development teams
- Life cycle management
- Monitoring and control of products with regard to sales, turnover and budget targets
- Execution of market and competitive analyses, development and implementation of product roadmaps
- Support, training and coaching of worldwide sales organizations and distribution partners
- Product Data Management and Product Documentation
Our requirements
- In-depth technical expertise in factory automation and industrial power solutions
- Background in Product Management or Marketing and experience in B2B industrial sales considered advantageous
- Professional experience in the electrical industry, installation of electrical industrial cabinets desired
- Finely honed analytical and well-developed leadership skills
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Safe handling of common MS Office programs
- Fluent command of English, written and spoken
