PF

Non-standard power requirements can be achieved using high efficiency, board mounted power modules. The PF-A and PF-B series of AC-DC converters can be used to provide rectification and power factor correction, delivering 360Vdc to individual DC-DC converters, or loads, from wide range AC inputs.

Available in two power levels, the PF500A-360 can support up to 756W with the PF1500B-360 and PF1000A-360 up to 1,512W at high line. The new full brick PF1500B-360 modules have an efficiency of up to 96.5% and operating temperatures from -40 to +100oC.

For higher power loads, the units can be connected in parallel.

DTM

The DTM medical external power supplies are housed in a rugged plastic case and are rated from 25 to 300W with output voltages from 5V to 54V. With off-load power draws as low as 75mW and high average efficiencies, the units are compliant to ErP Directives and the DoE Level V and VI standards. Class II operation (no ground wire) is available in 36W, 65W, 70W, 110W, 160W & 300W and is suitable for clinical and home healthcare applications.

CN-B

The rugged half brick 200W and 300W CN-B110 series of isolated DC-DC converters operate from a very wide 43 to 160V input. With an input to baseplate isolation of 2,500Vac and 3,000Vac input to output, the series is designed for use on 72V or 110V nominal input rail power systems. In addition, the baseplate cooled modules meet the rolling stock IEC 61373 Category 1, Class B shock / vibration standards and are designed to meet EN 45545-2 (Fire protection on railway vehicles). As standard the CN-B110 series features active current share for parallel or redundant operation, remote sense, remote on/off, output voltage adjustment and a power good signal. An optional 12V 0.01A auxiliary voltage, replacing the power good signal, is also available.

MU4

The MU4 series comes in a 1U fan cooled Aluminium case offering 600W low line and 800W high line. With intelligent fan control, the MU4 fan rotation speed can be reduced, producing audible noise as low as 36dBA*

Initially, nine modules are available with ratings from 150W to 480W, offering a continuous range of voltages from 3.3V to 104V. With 1 MOPP (1.5kVac) input to ground, 2 MOPP (4kVac) input to output and 1 MOPP (1.5kVac) output to ground isolation and a selection of standby and control options including PMBus™ the MU range is certified for both medical and industrial applications and supported by a 7 year warranty

Safety certifications include IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 with UK CA and CE marking for the Low Voltage, EMC and RoHS Directives. The units also comply with EN 55011-B and EN 55032-B conducted and radiated emissions, and meet the IEC60601-1-2 Edition 4 and IEC 61000-4 immunity standards. They are designed to meet the requirements of IEC61010-1.
