About the role

The role is to ensure the processing, controls, accounting and settlement of customer transactions, as well as the management of supplier invoices and expense reports.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the processing, controls, accounting and settlement of customer transactions.
2. Ensure the processing, controls and accounting of supplier invoices.
3. Ensure customer solvency and credit control in a complex environment.
4. Manage and supply supplies.
5. Record and verify expense reports of personnel in France.
6. Ensure the satisfaction of external and internal customers.

Qualifications

1. Technological baccalaureate specialising in Accounting.
2. 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Required skills

1. Analytical thinking and accounting logic
2. Autonomy in the work.
3. Fluency in spoken and written English preferred.
