MU4

The MU4 series comes in a 1U fan cooled Aluminium case offering 600W low line and 800W high line. With intelligent fan control, the MU4 fan rotation speed can be reduced, producing audible noise as low as 36dBA*

Initially, nine modules are available with ratings from 150W to 480W, offering a continuous range of voltages from 3.3V to 104V. With 1 MOPP (1.5kVac) input to ground, 2 MOPP (4kVac) input to output and 1 MOPP (1.5kVac) output to ground isolation and a selection of standby and control options including PMBus™ the MU range is certified for both medical and industrial applications and supported by a 7 year warranty

Safety certifications include IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 with UK CA and CE marking for the Low Voltage, EMC and RoHS Directives. The units also comply with EN 55011-B and EN 55032-B conducted and radiated emissions, and meet the IEC60601-1-2 Edition 4 and IEC 61000-4 immunity standards. They are designed to meet the requirements of IEC61010-1.

PY

The PY family are pcb-mountable DC-DC converters in various package sizes with output powers ranging from 20 to 200W.

The family's ultra-wide input voltage range (from 8.5 to 160V - model dependent) enables a single converter to be used in multiple applications. With its approval to EN 50155, it is also suitable for railway applications.

Its high efficiency results in low heat generation and the potted construction promises high shock and vibration performance which together with the wide operating temperature range make these devices suitable for nearly any situation.

Additionally, heat sink kits are available to simplify integration when contact cooling is not possible.

RGA

The rugged RGA non-isolated DC-DC step-down converters are encapsulated in a five-sided aluminium case and rated for up to 110˚C operation. The modules have the industry standard 1/16th brick pin-out, are qualified to MIL-STD-810G (shock and vibration) and designed for fan-less, conduction cooled applications. The series accepts a wide input range to support multiple DC bus and battery voltages. Standard and optional features include remote on/off, remote sense, power good, frequency synchronization and output sequencing, making the modules a truly versatile power solution. The wide output adjustment range allows one model to be used in multiple positions, assisting inventory and part number reduction.

CUS250M

The compact CUS250M series of single output AC-DC power supplies are available initially with 12V and 24V outputs (15V, 18V, 24V, 28V, 36V and 48V to follow) in a compact industry standard 2 x 4 inch footprint and can deliver 250W with convection and conduction cooling. CUS250M can be used in both Class I and Class II (no earth wire) applications and offers efficiencies in excess of 94%. The very low earth leakage (<150uA) and touch current (<10uA for class I, <70uA for class II installations) values make it ideal for medical equipment applications. 

The standard open frame unit includes an integral metal baseplate and mechanical options include U channel format, U channel with cover and U channel with cover and top mounted cooling fan.
