The rugged RGA non-isolated DC-DC step-down converters are encapsulated in a five-sided aluminium case and rated for up to 110˚C operation. The modules have the industry standard 1/16th brick pin-out, are qualified to MIL-STD-810G (shock and vibration) and designed for fan-less, conduction cooled applications. The series accepts a wide input range to support multiple DC bus and battery voltages. Standard and optional features include remote on/off, remote sense, power good, frequency synchronization and output sequencing, making the modules a truly versatile power solution. The wide output adjustment range allows one model to be used in multiple positions, assisting inventory and part number reduction.
Housed in a metal case for six sided shielding, these 10 to 60W 2" x 1" footprint converters cover the commonly used nominal input voltages of 12V, 24V or 48V with either 2:1 or 4:1 versions. Both single (3.3V to 48V) and dual output (±5V, ±12V or ±15V) models are available with a choice of positive or negative remote on/off and optional adjustment trim pin.

The 1.5 – 3W CCG units are housed in a compact plastic case and are available with through-hole or surface-mount terminations. These models have wide input ranges of 4.5 to 18V, 9 to 36V or 18 to 76Vdc. Packaged in the industry standard 1 x 1 inch footprint, the 15 - 30W rated models can operate over 9 to 36V or 18 to 76Vdc input ranges. The units are enclosed in a metal case with 6-sided shielding for lower noise and are encapsulated for rugged shock and vibration performance.
The CCG series is available with output voltages of 3.3, 5, 12, +/-12, 15, +/-15Vdc, 24 or 30. These high efficiency converters (up to 91%) will operate in ambient temperatures of -40°C up to +100°C. Input to output isolation is 1,500Vdc.
CHVM high voltage dc-dc converter modules offer output voltages of up to 2kV in compact SIP pcb mount formats. Output power is 1.4W to 3W depending on package and all units accept a nominal 12Vdc input. Remote on/off is standard and the output can be adjusted from 0.5% to 100% using an external variable resistor or applied voltage.
CHVM offers extremely low ripple and noise performance (as low as 5mVp_p on a 1000V output) making them suitable for precision, noise sensitive applications such as photomultiplier tubes, photodiodes and other detectors and devices often employed in laboratory equipment such as scanning electron microscopes, X-ray fluorescence spectrometers, mass spectrometers and ultrasonic probes.
