The KPSB single output supplies are available with output power ratings of 6W and 25W and output voltages including 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, and 24V. They operate with a wide input range of 90-264Vac and in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. Featuring an open frame or encapsulated construction, these light weight converters are Class II double insulated, allowing operation without an earth ground connection. Optional JST plug in connectors are available.
The DTM medical external power supplies are housed in a rugged plastic case and are rated from 25 to 300W with output voltages from 5V to 54V. With off-load power draws as low as 75mW and high average efficiencies, the units are compliant to ErP Directives and the DoE Level V and VI standards. Class II operation (no ground wire) is available in 30W, 36W, 65W, 110W & 300W and is suitable for clinical and
home healthcare applications.
The WMM medical Wall Mount power supplies are housed in a rugged plastic case and are rated from 25 to 30W with output voltages from 5V to 24V.
With off-load power draws as low as 75mW and high average efficiencies, the units are compliant to ErP Directives and the DoE VI standards, have Class II AC input (no ground wire) and are suitable for clinical and home healthcare applications.
The compact CUS400M series of single output AC-DC power supplies are available with 12V and 24V (15V, 19V, 28V, 36V and 48V to follow) outputs in an industry standard 3 x 5 inch package and can deliver 400W with forced air cooling or 250W with 400W peak power for extended periods of time when convection or conduction cooled.
CUS400M can be used in both Class I and Class II (no earth wire) applications and offers efficiencies of up to 94%.
An option board providing a 5V 2A or 12V 1A standby voltage, remote on/off, remote sense, DC OK signal and AC fail signal is available.
Mechanical options include metal base plate, U channel, cover and top mounted integral fan.
Safety certifications include IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 with CE marking for the Low Voltage, EMC and RoHS Directives. The units also comply with EN 55011-B and EN 55032-B conducted and radiated emissions and meet the EN 61000-3-2 harmonics, IEC60601-1-2 Edition 4 and IEC 61000-4 immunity standards.
Typical applications include medical (B and BF type), home healthcare, dental, test and measurement, broadcast, professional audio and industrial equipment.
CUS150M is a single output 2” x 4” AC/DC supply with IEC60601-1 3rd edition medical approval as well as IEC60950-1 and is available and is available in five mechanical formats: Open pcb, pcb with baseplate, U channel, U channel with cover and U channel with cover and integral top mounted cooling fan.
Open pcb versions provide 150W output power with forced air cooling of 1m/s, and 120W at 40 deg C ambient with convection cooling.
U channel and baseplate versions provide 150W at up to 50 deg C ambient without any forced air cooling when mounted to a chassis.
It meets class B levels for both conducted and radiated emi and is
compliant with EN60601-1-2:2015 Edition 4 immunity requirements.
CUS150M is suitable for both Class I and Class II installations, is available with 12V to 48V outputs and is ideal for medical and general applications that require silent operation with no fan noise.
Efficiency is up to 94%, and off load power consumption is less than 0.5 W.
