The compact CUS500M1 series of single output AC-DC power supplies are available with 12V, 19V, 24V, 28V, 32V, 36V and 48V outputs in an industry standard 3 x 5 inch package and can deliver 500W with forced air cooling or 300W with 500W peak power when convection cooled.
CUS500M1 can be used in both Class I and Class II (no earth wire) applications and offers efficiencies of up to 96%. A cover with integral end mounted fan option is available.
Safety certifications include IEC/EN/ES 60601-1 and IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 with UKCA and CE marking for the Low Voltage, EMC and RoHS Directives. The units also comply with EN 55011-B and EN 55032-B conducted and radiated emissions, and meet the EN 61000-3-2 harmonics, IEC60601-1-2 Edition 4 and IEC 61000-4 immunity standards.
Typical applications include medical (B and BF type), home healthcare, dental, test and measurement, broadcast, professional audio and industrial equipment.
The CUS350MP-1000 AC-DC power supplies are rated at 350W continuous and 1000W peak power output with convection cooling for applications requiring low audible noise or 500W continuous, 1000W peak power with forced air. The series is certified to IEC60601-1 3rd edition (medical), IEC62368-1 and IEC62477-1 (OVCⅢ) with compliance to the EN60601-1-2:2015 Edition 4 immunity requirements. With efficiencies of up to 94%, waste heat is reduced allowing the power supply to operate reliably in a compact 88 x 183 x 44mm package size. A 5V 0.3A standby voltage and remote on/off are fitted as standard. The high peak power rating makes the CUS350MP-1000 suitable for use in printers and other equipment utilizing DC motors.
The 500W, 1U, single output XMS500A is available in either class I or class II configurations. Both versions achieve class B EMC performance (both conducted and radiated) to EN55011 and EN55032. The whole range is certified for both industrial and medical equipment with BF ready medical isolation (1 x MOPP input / ground, 2 x MOPP input / output and 1 x MOPP output / gnd). Other features include a selection of standby and fan supplies, various case and fan options (including top fan for very low audible noise), remote on/off and dual or single fusing.
The KPSB single output supplies are available with output power ratings of 6W and 25W and output voltages including 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, and 24V. They operate with a wide input range of 90-264Vac and in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. Featuring an open frame or encapsulated construction, these light weight converters are Class II double insulated, allowing operation without an earth ground connection. Optional JST plug in connectors are available.
The DTM medical external power supplies are housed in a rugged plastic case and are rated from 25 to 300W with output voltages from 5V to 54V. With off-load power draws as low as 75mW and high average efficiencies, the units are compliant to ErP Directives and the DoE Level V and VI standards. Class II operation (no ground wire) is available in 30W, 36W, 65W, 110W & 300W and is suitable for clinical and home healthcare applications.
