Chassis Mount

They are ideal for integration into OEM equipment cabinets and 19 inch rack installations and offer various remote interface options including RS232 and RS485, LAN, USB, EtherCAT, Modbus-TCP, IEEE488 and analogue signals. Standard models range in output power from 200 W to 15 kW. Paralleling enables solutions up to 60kW. Outputs up to 1500V are available. GENESYS+™

 

The new, five year warranty, GENESYS+™ 1U programmable power supply series is available in 1kW, 1.7kW, 2.7kW, 3.4kW, 5kW and 7.5kW 19' rack models and can deliver power ratings up to 7520W, with the highest power density and lightest weight (< 5kg for the 1.7kW, <7.5kg for the 5kW, < 8.5kg for the 7.5kW) available in a 1U rack size.
 
The new 7.5kW model offers output voltages up to 1500V and maximum output current for the product family is 500A with constant voltage, constant current and constant power operation. Control of voltage and current slew rate, arbitrary waveform generation and storage, internal resistance simulation and display brightness control are all standard features.
 
Multiple remote programming methods are available including LAN (LXI 1.5), USB,  RS-232/RS-485  and isolated analogue interfaces (0-5V/0-10V) built in as standard.
 
Interface options include EtherCAT, Modbus-TCP, IEEE (488.2) and isolated analogue current loop (4-20mA).
 
A unique, easy auto configuring master / slave paralleling system enables scalable power systems up to 90kW to be configured.
 
Special options for extra fast programming response, aimed at automotive test applications, and integral power sink are available on selected models.
 
1kW and 1.7kW models accept single phase input 85-265Vac.
 
2.7kW and 3.4kW models can be specified with single phase 170-265Vac input or three-phase 170-265Vac, 342-460Vac or 342-528Vac input.
 
5kW models can be ordered to accept three-phase 170-265Vac, 342-460Vac or 342-528Vac input.
 
7.5kW models  can be ordered to accept three-phase 170-265Vac or 342-528Vac input.
